Hi. This is kinda related to a request..but where would I be able to find someone who could help design a forum? There's only so much I can do with just editing the skins from hitskin see..

I do minor skin designs from changing hitskin images. xD I could try, but I'm no pro.

For example, on this skin, I would like to change the large blue banner at the top of this page to yellow. Is this sort of change easy to accomplish?
