Leggings as Pants? (OVERFLOWS FIRST DEBATE)

Haha, I'm sorry I couldn't help it. This is actually a huge debate at my campus right now (shows how shallow people can be, yeah?) and I just had to get more opinions.

If you don't know what leggings are, you probably should just stop reading now. :)

So, do you find it acceptable for girls (or guys, I guess...) to wear leggings as pants or do you reject the entire idea? Should the spandex look just be kept to the volleyball court? Does it depend on her body type? Does it depend on the length of the shirt (i.e. waist-length or a bit longer)?

Not sure if the leggings epidemic is just popular in my state or everywhere right now.

Omg, I absolutely hate to see girls going around with leggings as pants. When they're wearing a long shirt/short skirt, I guess it's okay, but overall I find them very unattractive. I don't even like them on athletes; I just find them gross. XD

I think no one is in the opposition. Everyone's in the government, because I myself don't find leggings attractive even for the athletes.

Girls should stick with legs personally because guys wear wrangler

I agree with both MrDan and LadyTwi. Girls should wear pants and not wear Leggings as Pants.
